Busy home-office based insurance agency in Santa Clarita (Saugus), California, in need of an Account Manager for our Health Insurance and Benefits Department (Life and Health License preferred, but not required).

Primary responsibilities in this role include:
- Partner with the Broker in developing office goals to ensure long-term profitability, retention and growth of the office block of business, including development and execution of retention and renewal strategies.
- Act as the chief liaison between the customer and our business to review, negotiate and resolve complex service issues. Initiate plan improvements, resolve issues, and continually improve customer relationships and experience.
- Partner with the Sales Team and Underwriting Staff of insurance carriers to drive renewals via understanding of the customers business, claims activity, trends, etc. Promote the sale of additional lines of coverage and plan improvements to existing accounts.
- Manage day-to-day office operations: answering phones, filing, data entry and policyholder written communication
